Position Summary The FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager at Aligned Cardio plays a critical role in the organization’s financial management and strategic planning across a multi-entity, healthcare services platform . This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and operational analytics for cardiology practices, ASCs, and diagnostic facilities. The FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with accounting, RCM, and operations teams and act as a key financial liaison to senior leadership. The role will interface regularly with the Power BI Manager to support data-driven decision-making and will require strong familiarity with healthcare financial operations , including Athenahealth and Sage Intacct systems . This position reports to the Controller, with project oversight by the CFO, and requires working in the U.S. Eastern Time (EST) zone. Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning, Forecasting, and Reporting Lead the annual capital and operating budget process across all entities, including physician practices, ASCs, and diagnostic centers. Maintain and refine multi-entity financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Develop and distribute monthly location-level reporting packages to operational and clinical leaders. Prepare monthly financial statements for investors, management, and physician partners. Manage lender and covenant compliance reporting in accordance with financing agreements. Develop quarterly Board Finance Committee materials summarizing trends, projections, and performance highlights. Prepare financial content for quarterly partner and investor meetings .
