Financial Controller

As a Finance Controller at Royal Orchid Hotels, Bhuj, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all financial activities at the property. Your responsibilities will include: - Manage overall hotel financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc. - Implement strong internal controls and cost optimization measures. - Coordinate internal and external audits. - Develop financial reports and MIS to support management decisions. - Lead and guide the finance team effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA, ICWA, or MBA Finance preferred). - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, IDS/Opera, and Excel. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
