We are hiring for Accounts - Non Trade for our Finance Team at Corporate Office, Bangalore.

Work location: Bangalore – Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including complex accounting areas.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure resolution of discrepancies.
• Record and review journal entries with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial schedules and reports.
• Liaise with statutory auditors and coordinate for timely closure of audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Key Requirements:

• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FI module preferred).
• Proven experience in handling intercompany transactions and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of accounting standards like IND AS or GAAP.
