About the Role

Unit Finance Head

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and finalize unit-level

  Profit & Loss

  and

  Balance Sheet

  as per corporate standards.
• Deliver timely

  MIS reports

  with in-depth variance analysis.
• Lead financial

  forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning

  to support growth.

Vendor & Accounts Control

• Oversee

  vendor reconciliations

  , ensuring accuracy, timely settlements, and dispute resolution.
• Manage

  accounts payable/receivable

  ,

  credit control

  , and

  cash flow

  .
• Strengthen

  internal financial controls

  to safeguard assets and optimize working capital.

Business Partnering & Analytics

• Collaborate with

  operations, sales, and procurement

  teams to provide financial insights.
• Track

  event-wise profitability

  , cost allocations, and pricing strategies.
• Support vendor negotiations and client contracts with financial analysis.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including

  GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits

  .
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting practices.
• Liaise with auditors for smooth and timely audit closures.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA / MBA Finance

  with

  8–12 years

  of post-qualification experience.
• Strong track record in

  P&L ownership, balance sheet finalization, MIS reporting, forecasting, and vendor reconciliation

  .
• Experience in

  hospitality, catering, F&B, or luxury services industry

  preferred.
• Deep knowledge of

  Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

  .
• Proficiency in

  ERP/accounting systems

  (SAP / Oracle / Tally / equivalent).
