Job Opportunity: Accountant at Mangal Mudra

Mangal Mudra is seeking a skilled and reliable Accountant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the organization, maintaining compliance, and providing accurate insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and MIS reports.
• Handle tax-related matters including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliances in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and secure data management with complete confidentiality.
• Support audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors as required.
• Provide management with clear financial reports to aid planning and growth.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce or Finance (CA Inter / M.Com preferred).
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting standards (GAAP/Ind-AS).
• Hands-on experience with statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with excellent numerical accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with accountability, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
