Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Build comprehensive

  financial models

  including scenario analysis for strategic decision-making
• Develop

  business models

  and revenue forecasting across business segments
• Conduct

  investment analysis

  and due diligence for potential partnerships and acquisitions
• Support

  budget planning, variance analysis,

  and capital allocation decisions
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management review

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  qualification OR

  MBA from Tier 1 institution

  with finance specialization

• 35 years experience

  in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting

• EV/Energy sector exposure

  preferred

• Advanced financial modeling

  and analysis

• Investment analysis

  and M&A evaluation expertise

• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
