Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Argus Enterprise Modeling

• Utilize Argus Enterprise to build, update, and optimize financial models for real estate portfolios.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in cash-flow projections and asset valuations.

DCF Analysis

• Develop and refine Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models for investment evaluation and asset performance forecasting.
• Interpret model results and provide analytical insights to stakeholders.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports based on Argus and DCF outputs.
• Present findings, observations, and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support acquisition, disposition, and development initiatives by delivering specialized financial modeling and analysis.
• Partner with internal teams to align financial insights with project objectives.

Investment Performance Assessment

• Evaluate investment performance using key metrics including IRR, Cash-on-Cash returns, and other KPIs.
• Integrate performance indicators into models to enhance forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in financial modeling with strong command of

  Argus Enterprise

  and

  DCF techniques

  .
• Experience with

  multifamily real estate assets

  is preferred.
• Background in

  real estate finance, investment banking, or equity research

  is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities, financial acumen, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
