Financial Analyst

As a Junior Accountant in our company, your role will involve assisting in day-to-day accounting operations, data entry, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and support the preparation of reports and audits. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain daily accounting records including the cash book, journal entries, vouchers, and ledgers. - Prepare bank reconciliation statements. - Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. - Support monthly closing and financial reporting. - Maintain inventory and petty cash records. - Verify bills, invoices, and expense claims. - Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Required Skills & Competencies: - Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with Tally/ERP software. - Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax rules. - Proficiency in MS Excel and data management. - Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance. - Experience: 02 years of accounting experience (freshers may also apply).
