You are a detail-oriented and proactive Account cum Purchase Executive responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and procurement operations. Your strong experience in Tally/ERP software, GST filing, vendor management, and purchase coordination will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. In the Accounts & Finance domain, you will be managing daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger reconciliation. Proficiency in Tally ERP/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or other accounting software is required. A strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoice processing, and reconciliation is necessary, along with a good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets is expected, coupled with excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Preferred skills for this role include experience in a trading/manufacturing environment, knowledge of import documentation, and vendor contracts (if applicable), and the ability to multitask and handle cross-functional responsibilities effectively.
