Financial Analyst

KEY ROLES Performing risk analysis evaluations.  Recording expenses and preparing financial reports.  Working with external auditors.  Ensuring the accuracy of bookkeeping and that the bookkeeping is compliant with state and federal laws. Recording disbursements and payments.  Ensuring that systems are up to date. Examining financial documents and financial transactions to ensure compliance and rectify any discrepancies. Preparing tax returns. ( IT/GST/PF/ESI) Additional Support requirement Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects. Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the marketing department. Maintain executive schedules and oversee project load. Plan, prepare, and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team. Conduct research for key marketing campaigns. And most Important Stuffs to be maintained acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation organising events and conferences reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence managing databases and filing systems implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems liaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses Travel with Team or team Leader as or when required miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
