Job Description

Hi,

We are hiring for Financial Analyst AP role for Gurgaon location.

Below are the details for opening.

Location : Gurgaon Sec 48

Year of Experience : 1 to 3 Year

Shift : 7 PM to 4 AM

Work Model: WFO

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Process high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
Review and verify invoice data, including purchase orders, payment terms, and approvals.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain accounts payable records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Assist with weekly payment runs (ACH, wires, checks) and ensure timely vendor payments.
Monitor aging reports and proactively address outstanding balances.
Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, operations, etc.) to resolve invoice issues.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reporting.
Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
