Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze
Cash Flow Statements
,
Profit & Loss Reports
, and
Balance Sheets
Develop and maintain
Cost Sheets
for accurate program and departmental costing
Lead the
budgeting process
(monthly, quarterly, annual), including variance analysis and reforecasting
Generate and present
Monthly and Quarterly Sales Reports
and
financial dashboards
Create
MIS reports
to monitor KPIs and overall business health
Conduct
cash flow forecasting
and support strategic and operational financial planning
Assist in the
Strategic Planning Process
by providing financial modeling and scenario analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection, validation, and insight generation
Provide
ROI analysis
and financial feasibility studies for business initiatives
Deliver
data-driven insights
to guide senior management decisions
