Dhauladhar Realty And Capital Advisors LLP (DRACA)

We are excited to announce or entry level program where we hire talent and groom them to become Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

Preparation of Funding and Asset Monetisation Proposal including -

Financial Modelling – Real Estate Project Level Cash Flow Modelling
Financial feasibility of the proposed project
Collateral preparation including pitch book / information memorandum

Research -

Secondary and Primary
Data Collection - Economic drivers and comparables
Data Analysis – Analysis and inputs for the real estate project financial model
Development Regulations - Assess the project basis the development regulations from land stage onwards for a project.
