Finance System Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Systems Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join the Corporate team of our hospital chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of corporate finance functions and the ability to define system requirements to support the implementation and optimization of finance systems. This role plays a key part in enhancing financial processes through technology and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed system requirements for corporate finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger processes.
• Support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of finance systems to meet business needs and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy within finance systems and assist in master data management.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI to provide actionable insights to finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in automation initiatives using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to streamline finance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to finance users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to finance system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and vendor teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance systems analysis roles, preferably in healthcare or corporate environments.
• Functional knowledge of corporate finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Experience in defining system requirements and working with IT teams for finance system implementations.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
