Job Description

Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for aFinance Specialist - Planning & Analysis

RESPONSIBILTIES

Finance Specialist has support finance manager to manage the day-to-day financial activities of the plant; control its financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Maintain Finance standards
Financial analysis and report, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and cost control and budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor all finance related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) weekly and monthly
Analyze cash flow trends
Analyze the plant revenues, liabilities, credit conditions and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium and long term cash flow position.
Evaluate and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet these cash flow needs.
Maintain company management system
Coordinate internal audits
Documents and monitors Management system requirements to ensure the plant remains compliant
Expert in SAP FICO
Support in Budgeting
Preparation of budget and monitoring and evaluating the current performance with budget.
Identify variance and monitor action plan.
Education Level: Qualified Cost Management Accountant or Chartered Accountant
Education Program: Cost Management / Chartered Accountancy
Professional Registrations and Certifications:
Language Requirements: English, Hindi, Marathi

Experience

Years of Experience: 6-8 years’ experience in manufacturing organizations (those with Automotive Industry experience is an added advantage)
