We are looking for an experienced Finance Shared Services Specialist to manage end-to-end invoice processing, payment proposals, reconciliations, and audit support in D365. The role involves process documentation, SOP updates, and coordination with internal teams (Cost Assurance, Treasury, Procurement, AR) and external vendors.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7–8 years of experience in finance shared services or accounts payable.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process & archive invoices, prepare payments, post entries in D365
  • Reconcile SOAs and expense reports
  • Support audits and maintain compliance
  • Update SOPs and assist in knowledge transfer
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth operations
  • Handle Month End Close Activities - AR AP Offset, AP Accruals, etc.
Additional Details:
  • Work closely with Team Lead and Manager to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Mentor or guide junior financial associates as required.
Work Hours: Starting 5:30 PM
