Finance Manager/CFO/Finance Controller

We are looking for a Finance Manager with a strong background in the construction and township development sector to oversee our financial planning, analysis, and control functions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing project finances, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and project cost analysis.
• Manage payments, receivables, and vendor reconciliations related to township development.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.).
• Handle project financing, liaise with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Support procurement and contract departments in financial vetting of vendors.
• Assist management with financial strategy, investment planning, and feasibility reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• CA
• 10-15 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in the construction or real estate sector
• Strong understanding of project finance, construction accounting, and township project workflows
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and team management abilities
