The Role

Junior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily bookkeeping entries in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (as applicable).
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and reimbursements.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory filings.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and petty cash records.
  • Support monthly/quarterly closing and management reports.
  • Liaise with external auditors, CA firms, and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain orderly records of contracts, invoices, and compliance docs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance or related field.
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with internships welcome).
  • Strong grasp of accounting basics (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance).
  • Familiarity with Indian taxation (GST/TDS) is a plus.
  • Comfort with MS Excel/Google Sheets; ability to adapt to accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
