Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented *Finance Manager* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance, analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

* Manage accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws.

* Conduct financial risk management and cost optimization.

* Collaborate with leadership to support business strategy and growth.

* Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA/CFA preferred).

* Proven experience (4+ years) in finance management or a related role.

* Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting.

* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
