Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities are :

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
• Implements financial and accounting best practices and oversees critical accounting procedures.
• Reviews financial reports and advises corrective action accordingly
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and transparency.
• Assists and supports upper-level management to ensure sound financial decision-making that is in the long-term best interest of the organizational mission.
• Executes revisions and updates to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate the expansion and scaling of the business and increase transparency and compliance
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

Required skills and qualifications :

• Professional certification, such as a Chartered Accountant
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data, spot anomalies and assess risks in economic forecasts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, financial regulations and tax regulations in India
