Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure financial compliance, optimize costs, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditure; ensure efficient fund utilization. Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and reporting requirements. Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audits. Provide financial insights to support decision-making by senior management. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial performance. Mentor and lead the finance team to ensure operational efficiency.
