Job Description

Role & responsibilities

* Overseeing the Financial health of the organization by preparing reports , managing budget & cash flow.

* Their role involves planning, organizing , directing And controlling the financial activities to support strategic decision- making & ensure compliance with financial regulations.

* To develop & implement long term & short term financial strategies, including annual budget.

* Manage Cashflow , Working capital and ensure the company has enough funds to meet obligation.

*Oversee the preparation of Financial statement for both integral management & external stakeholder.

* Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations , & internal controls.

Desired candidate profile

* 8-9yrs experience in real- estate sector as a Finance Manager.

* Experience in Budgeting , forecasting , financial analysis & financial reporting.

*Proven track record in managing Cash Flow, Working Capital, & Cast Control.

*Strong Knowledge of Financial Management Principles , Accounting Standards & Tax Regulations.

* Excellent Leadership & Team Management Skills.

* Fluency in English is mandatory.
