Finance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to make strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
• Manage cash flow, banking activities, and financial controls
• Review financial statements and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
• Implement financial policies and strengthen internal control systems
• Monitor expenses and optimize financial performance
• Support management with financial insights for strategic decisions
• Lead and supervise the accounting team
• Evaluate investment opportunities and manage risk assessments

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Advanced Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance / CA / CMA / M.Com or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting management
• Prior experience in team handling is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
