Role & responsibilities Job Opening: Finance Manager Experience Required: 5 to 10 years Location: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra Company: Goda Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations with high accuracy and adherence to company financial policies. • Handle monthly and quarterly general ledger closing processes and prepare financial statements. • Manage and execute real-time payments, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely disbursement. • Review, verify, and approve farmer-related transactions, ensuring correct quantities, rates, and documentation. • Perform commodity pricing calculations, including market rate analysis, cost sheet preparation, and margin assessment. • Analyze financial data, identify trends, variances, risks, and provide actionable financial insights to management. • Supervise, train, and guide junior accounting staff for timely and accurate task completion. • Prepare and present structured financial reports and MIS dashboards to management. • Work extensively on Tally ERP, Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite, and ERP systems for accounting, reconciliation, and reporting. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST/TDS requirements, statutory filings, and internal controls. • Maintain strict adherence to reporting calendars, audit schedules, and organizational deadlines. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred). • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, commodity pricing, and financial reporting. • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite, and advanced Excel. • Ability to verify, approve, and process farmer payments and commodity transactions with complete accuracy. • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
