Finance Manager

As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 5 years of work experience, you will be responsible for various key areas within the organization: Internal Control & Process Improvement: You will be tasked with strengthening internal controls and processes to mitigate any financial impact. Additionally, you will document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with financial implications and oversee master data management. Software Implementation: Leading the implementation of software solutions and automating manual processes will be a crucial aspect of your role. Cost Optimization: Identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives related to operational and administrative expenses will be a priority. You will also focus on preventing revenue leakages through meticulous reconciliations and control implementations. Data Analytics & Profitability: Conducting data analytics to analyze profitability on a route-wise, customer-wise, and trip-wise basis will be a key responsibility. Leveraging telematics tools to enhance vehicle performance and profitability metrics will also fall under your purview. Expense Booking & Control: You will supervise the accurate booking of transport expenses and manage pending invoices. Additionally, supporting month-end closure activities and ensuring timely provision submissions by the 5th of each month will be part of your responsibilities. Audit & Compliance: Addressing internal audit findings and ensuring compliance with GST regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements will be critical. Your role will also involve facilitating the timely resolution of audit queries. Knowledge, Abilities, Skills & Competencies: To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data visualization and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be essential.
