We are now looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in strengthening our financial operations.

Role Overview

As a Finance Manager at Idealign, you will oversee the financial health of the company by managing billing, payments, and invoices while ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. You will also contribute to strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and maintaining strong internal controls.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has hands-on experience in managing company finances.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Oversee billing cycles and track receivables and payables.
• Manage company payments, reimbursements, and vendor settlements.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records.
• Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.
• Support the leadership team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance/accounting role.
• Proven experience in invoicing, billing, and payment management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP systems).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
