Job Description

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor the organization’s financial performance and provide variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Supervise accounting staff and ensure proper maintenance of financial records.
Develop financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth and efficiency.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and internal audit standards.
Support executive leadership with financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,151.29 per month
