Finance Manager

As a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Your strong background in financial accounting, reporting, VAT, audits, and internal controls within trading or FMCG sectors is essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Monitor key financial indicators and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with IFRS and local regulations - Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, track budget performance, and provide variance reports - Supervise day-to-day accounting, cash flow management, and banking operations - Ensure timely submission of VAT returns and other regulatory filings - Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and internal control reviews - Implement best practices to ensure strong internal control systems - Handle accounting systems like Tally and Zoho Books, extract data, and generate financial MIS and dashboards - Supervise junior accountants, provide ongoing training, and ensure accuracy in their work **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Professional qualification such as CA Inter, ACCA, or CMA preferred - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management - Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial compliance - Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, and MS Excel - Experience in handling full accounts independently - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills,
