Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Tiruchengodu. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, overseeing accounting operations, preparing reports, and advising on financial planning and strategies. Qualifications Strong financial management and budgeting skills Experience with financial analysis and forecasting Proficiency in accounting operations and financial reporting Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food supply or agriculture industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Show more Show less
