Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, manage working capital, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include advising on transaction structuring, preparing financial reports, conducting risk assessments, and supporting mergers and acquisitions. The role also involves analyzing financial data to provide insights, creating business revival plans, and interacting with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of financial functions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and accounting skills, including financial planning, working capital management, and budgeting
• Experience with tax compliance, regulatory matters, and legal frameworks
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and risk management
• Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, and due diligence
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CA Inter)
• Experience with financial advisory, business restructuring, or turnaround planning is a plus
