Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager (CA) to lead and oversee the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, statutory compliance, budgeting, and reporting functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses
• Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements
• Monitor cash flows, working capital, and manage funding requirements effectively
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
• Identify and implement cost optimization strategies and process improvements
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance protocols
• Supervise and mentor junior finance team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Skills & Competencies:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP/accounting software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
