What You’ll Be Doing

● Financial Strategy & Planning – Ensuring we don’t burn through cash like a startup on caffeine.

● Budgeting & Financial Management – Making budgets that people actually stick to (or at least pretend to).

● Accounting & Compliance – Keeping us in the good books of tax authorities (nobody likes a surprise audit).

● Financial Reporting & Analysis – Presenting numbers in a way that even non-finance people understand.

● Team Leadership & Development – Leading a team that doesn’t break into a cold sweat at the word “audit.”

● Risk Management – Spotting financial landmines before we step on them.

● Investor Relations & Fundraising – Talking to banks and investors without making them nervous.

● ERP & Financial Systems – Making sure our financial systems aren’t stuck in the Windows 98 era.

What We’re Looking For (Besides Someone Who Actually Likes Numbers)

● 8+ years of experience (at least 3-5 years leading the charge).

● CA preferred (but if you’ve got solid experience, we won’t ask for a certificate).

● Experience in manufacturing/retail/D2C is a plus—because finance is different when actual products are involved.

● Deep knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting (because we don’t want to learn the hard way).

● Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems—if your idea of fun is building a financial model, we like you already.

● A problem-solver who can balance growth, risk, and making sure payday never fails.
