Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager (CA) to lead the financial operations of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, audits, and ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, MIS, reporting, and forecasting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
Ensure statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
Implement internal controls and process improvements
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management
Lead the accounts team and ensure timely closure of books

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and financial regulations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
