Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage finance operations, systems, and controls
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements and MIS reporting
• Handle taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and ROC filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Assist leadership with fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA – Final qualified):

  Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience

• CA Inter:

  3–4 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and internal controls
• Experience working in fast-growing or dynamic organizations
• High ownership mindset with leadership and execution capability
