Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager (Beverage) located in Bihar. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key tasks include preparing financial reports, coordinating with other departments, conducting financial risk assessments, and implementing cost-saving measures to enhance profitability.

• Expertise in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Knowledge of Compliance and Financial Regulations
• Experience in Financial Risk Assessment and Mitigation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
• Experience in the FMCG food & beverage industry is preferred
