Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and have experience handling finalization of accounts, audits, and vendor payments

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Operations

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/SAP/ERP system
• Monitor cash book, bank book, and petty cash

2. Compliance & Statutory Filings

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly returns for GST, TDS, and PF/ESIC
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws
• Coordinate with consultants/auditors for tax filings and assessments

3. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports
• Support in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain records for audit and internal review

4. Vendor & Client Management

• Oversee vendor payments and reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Follow up on receivables from clients/customers
• Manage invoicing, debit/credit notes, and billing corrections

5. Audit Support

• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
• Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely completion of audits
• Address audit queries and ensure proper documentation

Experience: 10–12 years, including minimum 5 years in a senior accountant / assistant finance manager role.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Proficiency in GST, TDS, and basic income tax compliance
• Excellent in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
