Additionally, you will verify billing details, review invoices for accuracy, and maintain organized records of transactions and invoices. In the Reception & Administrative Support role, you will manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, maintain a professional reception area, schedule appointments, and assist with basic admin tasks like filing and data entry. You will also handle courier dispatches and mail distribution. Your key responsibilities will also include coordinating with customers for invoice-related queries, resolving discrepancies promptly, and providing support to other departments as required. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
