Job Description

Role Overview: As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate preparation and timely submission of monthly MIS and associated reports to Corporate Finance. Your responsibilities will include making informed decisions regarding CAPEX, integrating them with plans and budgets, and performing marginal (GP) analysis per service, specialty, customer category, etc. Additionally, you will be involved in annual budgeting, forecasting monthly projections (P&L, BS, CFS), measuring variances against projections and budget, and providing explanations. Your role will also encompass credit control, conducting regular reviews with business teams, expenditure control, variances review, improving vendor credit terms, and CAPEX item authorization. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of monthly MIS and associated reports to Corporate Finance - Make informed decisions concerning CAPEX and integrate them with plans and budgets - Perform marginal (GP) analysis per service, specialty, customer category, etc. - Engage in annual budgeting and forecasting monthly projections (P&L, BS, CFS), measuring variances against projections and budget with explanation - Conduct credit control, regular reviews with business teams, expenditure control, and variances review - Improve vendor credit terms and CAPEX item authorization - Regularly review aged receivables report, collection targets, and bad debts provisioning - Ensure 100% compliance with all operational SOPs and conformity with all statutory financial requirements - Prepare and update schedules, perform reconciliations to ensure checks and balances, and extend cooperation to auditors - Ensure adherence to statutory compliances within the time limit - Maintain and store all records, registers, and documents properly - Liaise with external auditors to ensure regulation and review of the audit of the annual accounts - Adopt accurate taxation policies, including corporate, VAT, and tax planning - Minimize audit observations by effectively administrating policies and guidelines - Capitalize assets as per applicable guidelines; maintain fixed assets register, regulate movement of assets through proper authorizations and documentation - Provide analytical support to DGM to control costs - Plan training and development of associates" skills - Handle relationships with key vendors and contribute to commercial areas and negotiations Qualifications Required: - Master's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in Finance preferred Additional Company Details: The company offers full-time, permanent job types with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
