Finance Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire finance and accounting function of the organization. This includes preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Your role will involve monitoring and managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability. It is essential to ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, taxation, audits, GST, and financial reporting standards. Handling billing work will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, including invoice generation, reconciliation, and timely collection. You will be expected to develop and implement internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets. Collaboration with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions will be necessary. Supporting senior management in strategic planning, business decisions, and investment analysis will be part of your duties. Identifying and mitigating financial risks while ensuring cost optimization are key aspects of the role.
