Job Overview:

Manager – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and finalization of audits and accounts
• Preparing monthly and yearly budgets
• Ensuring timely statutory payments (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT)
• Managing intercompany loans and compliance
• Liaising with banks, internal & statutory auditors
• Handling accounts payable & receivable management
• Leading and managing the finance team
• Advising on accruals, provisional income & expenses
• Preparing balance sheet & profit & loss as per IND AS
• Strong knowledge of IND AS

Education & Training:

• CA Intermediate with a graduate/postgraduate degree in Commerce

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in corporate companies only
