Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Finance Management Trainee. The Finance Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting with financial analysis and reporting, preparing financial statements, and supporting accounting operations. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, producing financial reports, maintaining records, and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate financial management.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze financial data efficiently
• Knowledge of Finance and proficiency in preparing Financial Statements
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
• Basic Accounting skills and familiarity with accounting operations
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the finance sector is a plus
