Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Management Trainee based in Noida, with some work from home acceptable. The Finance Management Trainee will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing financial statements, developing financial models, and preparing reports. The role involves daily interaction with team members to communicate findings, support decision-making processes, and assist with various accounting tasks. Additionally, the Trainee will participate in training sessions and seminars to enhance financial and analytical skills.


Remuneration:

INR 4-7 Lacs per annum + Performance-Based Commissions



Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and company research using public and subscription-based databases
  • Perform financial and operational benchmarking of global companies
  • Analyze market trends, growth drivers, and risk factors in targeted sectors
  • Assist in building financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps, etc.)
  • Support in preparing investment memorandums and pitch books
  • Perform due diligence support for M&A and fundraising deals
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for clients
  • Summarize insights into structured reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery under the manager's guidance
  • Gain exposure to marketing, operations, deal origination, or investor outreach as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to internal process development


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Experience with Financial Statements and Accounting
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in financial research or consulting is a plus
