About the Apprenticeship:

This is a 1-year full-time apprenticeship opportunity designed for fresh B.Com graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in accounts and financial management within the development sector. Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a Government Apprenticeship Certificate under the NATS scheme.

Eligibility Criteria (Strictly as per NATS guidelines):

• Must have completed B.Com (or equivalent commerce degree) within the last 1–2 years.
• Should not have taken up any employment or apprenticeship after graduation.
• Registered or willing to register on the NATS portal (https://www.mhrdnats.gov.in).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel.

• Keen interest in financial operations of NGOs and donor-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, bills, and vouchers.

• Support reconciliation of project-wise budgets and expenditures.

• Assist in tracking donor-wise fund utilization and grant compliance.

• Help maintain documentation for monthly reimbursements and field activity expenses.

• Organize and manage digital and physical financial records for audit-readiness.

• Liaise with admin and program teams to gather relevant financial data.
