Job Description – Finance Intern

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support day-to-day financial activities. The candidate will assist the Finance team in accounting tasks, financial reporting, data analysis, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining daily financial records such as vouchers, receipts, invoices, and payments.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets, financial reports, and MIS reports.
• Assist in verifying expenses, bills, and supporting documents.
• Help with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation (if applicable).
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and tracking financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and clarification.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong skills in MS Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Tally.
• Knowledge of GST/TDS basics is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
