Finance Head

BNC has been mandated to recruit an experienced Finance Head for a healthcare industry based in South Delhi/Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling book of accounts, F&A month end closures, and related industry knowledge along with bringing financial leadership, and the ability to streamline processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations for both clinics, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Drive cost optimization and ensure efficient allocation of resources across locations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and revenue cycle management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and healthcare industry norms.
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making.
• Manage audits, investor reporting, and liaise with banks and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: CA/MBA in Finance /Mcom
• 2–5 years of experience as a Finance Head in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance, taxation, and MIS reporting.
• Hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Competitive salary package (₹12–15 LPA).
• Exposure to a growing healthcare business with multi-location operations.
