Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with expertise in foreign accounting. This role requires hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero Accounting, along with strong adaptability and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing international bookkeeping, financial records, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards. Key Responsibilities ● Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks & Xero. ● Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reports. ● Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations. ● Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. ● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. ● Collaborate with internal teams and foreign clients for smooth financial operations. ● Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all financial tasks. ● Use Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.) for reporting and coordination. Requirements ● Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. ● Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (foreign accounting preferred). ● Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero is a must. ● Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills. ● Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail). ● Flexible, open to learning, and able to adapt to dynamic business needs. ● Good team player with attention to detail.
