Mahalaxmi Group is a leading and diversified business organization, committed to operational excellence and financial discipline. We are seeking a competent Finance Executive to handle core financial functions, fund management, and strategic financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:Core Finance & Treasury Management

• Manage fund flow and cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimal utilization of funds.
• Oversee working capital management, banking operations, and fund allocation.
• Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation, bank guarantees, and payment processing through banks.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, loan disbursements, renewals, and interest negotiations.
• Monitor and manage investment planning and financial risk assessment.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management dashboards for review.
• Support management with data-driven financial insights for decision-making.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and records.

Payments & Coordination

• Supervise vendor, supplier, and project-related payments as per company policies.
• Coordinate between departments for approval workflows, fund disbursement, and reporting.
• Liaise with external agencies and financial partners for smooth execution of transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance (Mandatory) or equivalent postgraduate degree in finance.
• 2–4 years of strong experience in core finance, treasury, or banking operations.
• Sound knowledge of LC processes, fund management, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
