We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting compliance and reporting activities.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently.
Prepare and process client invoices and ensure timely collections.
Perform ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage petty cash settlements and related documentation.
Assist in the preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
Support in compliance and audit-related activities.
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams for finance operations and reporting requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoicing, and Reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
