Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain

  day-to-day accounting

  for the company and all its branches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review

  financial statements, ledgers, and trial balance

  on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Manage

  GST filings

  monthly/quarterly/annual returns, reconciliations, and refund applications.
• Handle

  TDS computation, deduction, payment, and return filing

  within stipulated timelines.
• Oversee

  bank reconciliations

  , vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Manage

  accounts payable and receivable

  , ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Coordinate with auditors for

  internal and statutory audits

  and provide required documentation.
• Monitor

  branch accounts

  , consolidate reports, and ensure uniform accounting practices across locations.
• Handle

  petty cash management

  and ensure control over expenses.
• Support management with

  budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and MIS reports

  .
• Liaise with tax consultants, government departments, and financial institutions as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
• Minimum

  2-5 years of relevant experience

  in full-cycle accounting and finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with

  Zoho Books is mandatory

  .
• Sound knowledge of

  GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and financial reporting.
