Overseas Recruitment Counsellor

We are looking for a passionate Immigration Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration process and providing accurate and up-to-date information about immigration laws, procedures, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate advice and information based on the immigration policies of countries across the globe.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications and documentation.
• Follow up with leads, track progress, and maintain client records.
• Handle inbound queries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams as required.
• Maintain knowledge of changes in immigration laws and processes.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to conversions and client engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in any field (preferred: International Relations, Education, or similar)
• 1-3 years of experience in overseas education or immigration consulting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in more than one of these languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi) will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales and target-driven mindset
• Familiarity with visa processes for countries across the globe.
